I had Hathaway connection in 2016, I had deactivated it and also submitted the router, though I was getting mails for bill payment, then I called them and said that I had already deactivated account, they said ok just ignore the mail. Now in 2018 I’m getting calls from them to complete the payment for the service that I haven’t used. Please help me
