Complaint regarding Dish TV offers and recharge

I have dish tv connection and I recharged my connection thru their App with selecting current offer but they stopped my connection within 20 days and remanding more charge for a month. suddenly Rs 255 offer became Rs 400+.
I want to claim of my loss of money/time/mentally torches. My connection VC No. 02511889934 Best Regards,
