Complaint regarding driving school services

Firstly, connected with Ankita driving school in JD who redirected to Sai venkat driving school in malkajgiri which was not informed. While joining the agent promise n number of things which were not delivered at its bare minimum. They have charged for getting the licence done and no response when asking to book a slot for driving licence. Even after sending the screenshot of the slots available and other details with continuous follow up of over a month there is not a book slot giving… Every time from the past one month irrelevant reasons are been given… Irregular and disrespectful…
