DRP Owner Mr. Pxxxn Gxxxxxxxa (Surat ) and I from Kalyan signed Super franchisee agreement with DRP dated 28/10/2015. I paid 1,30000 in cheque to owner of DRP as refundable amount for period of 2 years. They have made all false commitment but never fullfilled any one of them. Everything is mentioned in business agreement but the owner is doing timepass from last 3 years. He was simply forcing me to close one office and shift to another location for improving services. Only 7500 amount business was generated from reliance client which also he never paid to us. He has no network, no branding, no marketing team, no advertisement, no logistical team to handle shipment. I was paying salary to my staff for no reason. I finally decided to end the agreement in 2016 and ask him to repay my Deposit amount which was in lock in period. He started paying 500 or 1500 to refund my amount. The reason of mine to start business because i am disable persorn and no one was giving me job because of disability, to earn bread and butter of my family i started this business but this guy was simply wasting my time and money. he has no intention to do business but only to use money of others to run his family and travel abroad for liesure. I wen to police but no support from them. kinldy help me asap
