Two transaction regarding and order were failed consecutively of amount Rs. 3174 on 8th Nov 2021 by me. At first i persuaded my bank with source account bank in reply of which bank clarified that it was with merchant so i mailed merchant like many times, in return of which they initiated the refund on 4th december 2021 which should have been reflected in my source account but when it didnt i contacted myntra after which no response has come till date.
And also i came to know that merchant has initiated amount only once when it has been deducted twice.
They have shown that issue is resolved but its not, payment has not been refunded till date.
