Complaint regarding duplicate payment to OLA cabs

I booked Ola Cabs on 1st Nov 2021 from Ghatkopar to Kharghar. I paid 472 to the driver of the cab via Paytm.  Rs 472 is deducted from my account and also been received by the  driver . Still Ola App indicated that the payment is pending. In order to book Cab next, Ola App insisted that I should first clear my dues. I then paid 472  on 2nd Nov to Ola via GPAY.

Since then I am requesting Ola to refund excess charge. I tried through Ola app, repeatedly tweeted to ola_supports but forget about action, Ola doesn`t even bothered to respond. Its not a question of amount but such service and attitude by OLa cabs is highly undesirable and condemnable .  Moreover their Customer care numbers never works …080 67350900 and 080 46655300. Ola is quick to deduct if we cancel any can after booking but not all concerned for such refund. Totally unprofessional service from Ola. vide CRN No. 5725172932

    I recently placed the ola parcel service but the ride got cancelled and showed that the payment was failed but the amount is deducted from my bank account .since 2 days I’m trying to find the way to connect will OLA support but there is no option available. Looks like they are doing a fraud .
