Complaint regarding e-commerce website fisheshop.com

I ordered 10 live aquarium fishes on the e-commerce website “fisheshop.com” on 26th december 2020 worth rs. 1250 + rs. 300 shipping. Since then i am trying to contact the customer service via email, whatsapp and facebook as they dont allow direct or landline calls. No repsonce since they told me my fish will be dispatched in 2 days. I went and did some research and to my surprise i found out that people have not been delivered their orders for 2-3 months. This is horrible as more people like me are still placing orders and facing the same issues. They dont have a refund or cancellation policy, nor do they have an official address.
This all seems like a big scam and i ask you to look into the matter and do the needfull.
