Complaint regarding Eureka forbes AMC service

I have waited for 72 hours after writing this email. Your replies are useless. I can’t keep waiting like this, I have other things to do also. Get my 2 years AMC refunded today or i will take this as a serious offence and do everything i can to make sure eurekaforbes get noticed for this nonsensical behaviour.

This is harassment and hand twisting to cheat money! Your app is useless as much as your call centre is useless and everything else seems to have become useless.. Hence i am writing this email.

You are saying AMC is non refundable, does it also mean that you will keep the AMC money for not doing what’s required in the AMC? Talk sense, not like a robot. How many times have I scheduled, rescheduled, called the call centre? have you read my email in full?

I need the 2 years AMC refund This is regarding my water purifier. My customer ID is 10xxxxxxx2

It’s a very serious concern i am raising. I had requested for a service part of my AMC on 1st Aug 23 but till now the service is not completed. Your service agents don’t come, your call centre just says sorry.

I even got a call from your customer support regarding my feedback and I told them as well that my RO has not been serviced yet. I have called your call centre 5 times already I have rescheduled 6 times via the app.

I am writing this email asking for a full refund of my 2 years AMC amount on an immediate basis due to the trauma you have set us through as we are drinking unsafe water and the purifier is not serviced for close to 2 months now
