Complaint regarding Eureka Forbes Aqua guard Purifier AMC

1. I have an Aqua guard Water purifier & I  purchased an AMC on  05/01/21, the service team/technician has not visited my home after I have been calling and emailing their representatives for the past six months. It is very disappointing that Aquaguard has charged Rs10,200/- for 2 years and only once cleaned the filter now when I call them they are not responding once a technician visited and said I will service it but it will be charged, I said when I have AMC then why should I pay he said the AMC has not been updated in their system.
2. I have complained to their helpline by calling and sending many emails they say we will solve your issue soon but they fail and I wrote an email to the ceo @ eurekaforbes.co.in but then too they are not able to solve my problem.
3. AMC will be expired on 04/01/23 and for Rs  10200/- they have cleaned the filter only once. very sad to have a poor service like Eureka Forbes
