We lodged a complaint with Eureka Forbes on 23 Jun as our RO was not working. The customer care team committed that the engineer would visit us by 3 PM the same day. But when he did not turn up on time, we tried to call him on the number provided by customer care team. He did not pick up his call till 7 25 PM. And even after he picked up our call,he said he will come at his own convenience, and did not turn up at all. Today is 24th June, we escalated the same to their customer care via a call and a Twitter query, but nothing has helped. This is totally unprofessional and irresponsible behavior.
