Till now i had been a long time and satisfied user of eureka forbes water purifier but from the recent behaviour of this company i wont ever recommend buying this to anyone. as water purity being the top most priority for anyone and me being a doctor and moreover a responsible senior citizen adds to the concern of health of my family. at least 9 to 10 times i have lodged them a complain that no one has approached me for the general servicing of my machine but every time i get the same response that my request has been prioritized and will be dealt the very same day. also this company has not preached basic behavioural way to its customer support executives on how to talk with a senior citizen . i am disheartened and unable to express my agony and dismay at this very act of the company’s customer service and can only curse bad omen for this company.
