Complaint regarding failed booking on Yatra portal

Booking Failed but amount got debited from bank. Value: 9107

I was trying to book a ticket from Kolkata to Agartala on March 23rd 2024. The payment was successful from Google pay and the amount got debited from my bank, but the billing screen stuck at the yatra.com site and then the page got reverted to it’s previous page and no booking id was generated at yatra page.

The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
