Complaint regarding failed IMPS transaction with ICICI Bank

I am writing this complaint regarding the failed transaction against ICIC bank, Xion Mall branch, Pune-411057

I made 3 IMPS transaction on 3rd November using I mobile net banking, two transactions were successful transferred to the beneficiary Bank and the 3rd transaction got failed due to some technical glitch, and i visited the nearest ICICI Bank to complaint regarding the same, the deputy manager she doesn’t know how to treat customers with empathy, sympathy ,assurance, no follow, we have been to the beneficiary bank 6 times till now they are saying only one thing to contact ICICI bank for this issue as the transaction was made from ICICI only, so told plenty of times that it was IMPS transaction, inspite of telling she escalated it to wrong department which is NEFT and they closed the service request stating its not NEFT transaction, and it took 7 days to close the SR, and the next time when I visited the bank she checked the status in front of me and said they closed the ticket now I will have to escalate this issue to the IMPS department and she doesn’t even know the turn around time for response from the escalation team, and she never sent me a single email nor she made out call to me for follow up every now and then I used to call her to check the status, she used to say only one thing that I have got any response from the concern department yet I will inform once I get any information.

so this has been going from 2 months when I fed up calling her and taking follow up I visited bank and she checked the status in front of me and it was closed never know when they closed but she got response from them stating it’s not IMPS transaction and she escalated it to other department and she doesn’t know the turn around time for that even, and after 1 week I again visited bank she got response from concern department stating the transaction which you have made is successful transferred to the beneficiary bank. I even showed her the beneficiary bank statement of November and December only two transactions was showing in the bank statement of beneficiary, the beneficiary bank never received the 3rd transaction. now she again escalated it to another department, when I tried calling her to check the status the deputy branch manager put my number into rejection list even time I make call it gets disconnected automatically from her end, I tried to send her messages from my phone she never responded to that even, I do not have enough time to go every single day to check the status I am working in international BPO I do night shift so not possible for me to go every single day, I still haven’t got my money refunded back this is so pathetic,. I am done taking follow up and I am so fed up she is reckless deputy branch manager she left me no choice this is why I reached consumer forum hoping this would help me to expedite the process.
