Complaint regarding failed mobile recharge

Failure of mobile recharge. Value Rs.184.00
I had made a payment of Rs.184/- (Rupees one hundred eighty four only) vide net banking towards recharge of my Mobile No. 9433xxxxx8 on 11/08/2023 at 05.48 p.m. ( Ref No. YSBI20xxxxxxxxxxxxxEFS). The recharge failed while the said amount got debited from my bank A/c  which is still not credited back.
