I am a student studying BCA and I was searching for some part time jobs so that I could earn some pocket money. I came across to a company E-zone enterprise. They told me that they will give 10000 captcha and I have to complete it within 10days and with 90% accuracy. I said ok lets give a try they asked me for any id proof I gave a scan copy of voter ID then while registration their was a column where i have to give my signature. After I gave my signature they sent me an agreement where their was written if I cant complete the project I have to pay 5000/- rs. And also how can they make an agreement without asking me about that without my knowledge. After that they provided me an application where I have to work. it took two days to start the application then it was so slow that no one can complete even 100capcha in a day. Then I felt I have been scammed I asked them to cancel my registration I dont want to work. But now they are threatening and harassing me that I have to pay (5000+3510+1550)rs. I dont know what these charges are for in mail they wrote NOC charge and file charge. There was nothing about this charges in the agreement as well. Then yesterday a guy called claiming himself to be Advocate SxxxxxxR Gxxxx. He called me and threatened me that i have to pay those amount within half an hour if i dont i have to pay 2lakhs rs. and also they will take legal actions against me they are calling from different different numbers and also sending me mails saying come to the court within two days and with an advocate. Please help me in this context I am just a student doing freelancing to get some pocket money. And this is not just with me I was researching about them and I found many peoples are suffering from this same problem and also the same company. Please take action against them, they are fraud and playing with the lifes of students robbing their money to enjoy.
I am glad to have these platform where normal peoples can come and complain against the injustice they are facing. Kindly take action as soon as possible.

Hello guys,
Dont worry, they are just threatening you all. Even if you pay the money once they will threaten you for more money. They use your fear to earn money. The best way is to let go your fear, they cant do anything. They are just fraud. And most importantly dont give them any money. They are just playing with you guys.

AKT enterprises is a fraud company company. Govt. Should take action against these fraud people. They are demanding money from me and blackmailing me for spoiling my life by lodging a case in court. Today a lawyer demanded money form me, and warned me that he will make me arrested under different sections. What should I do now? Anyone tell me on this no ??

First of all, Be strong in this very moment. They are fraud and frauds cant harm the innocents. I was also trapped in the same situation, They demanded money and threatened me of sanctions and all. But after some searches on google watching videos on youtube, I get to know that they use our fear and make their living. Dont let them do this, I am glad you guys have not given them any money and I advice you not to do so in future. Now, you guys do one thing take all the screenshots, documents they have given, everything which you can gather as evidence and file a complaint on indianconsumerforum.org, (same website). And also take the screenshots of the complaints filed against the fraud companies and mail them. Dont worry they cant do anything. If anything happens, you will have the proofs with you.
So basically, dont get scared and dont let them scare you they are fraud. And one advice for you guys please check the details of the recruiter and search some information about the company before applying for any part time job or something. I wish you luck and success in your ambitions.

They are all fraud don’t worry just talk to parents or elders about it. Most importantly be strong and don’t give them any money. They just show you fake documents and threatens to pay money they don’t have any lawyer or anything they are all just fraud. Next time if they call you to be strong and raise your voice and ask about them their name address of their office if he is a lawyer then currently where is he working and anything just ask them about their information. If you do this now they will get scared and stop calling you. Raise complaints about their companies. For all these first consults with parents or anyone with whom you are comfortable with.

They are all fraud. Don’t believe them. Just don’t get scared and ask them for valid documents. Talk to someone whom you can trust or elders this will help you to gain confidence. They can’t do anything because they are fraud.

Hi I m gauri Chavan I m facing the same problem , my complaint is against remy enterprise I also have the dream to have some pocket money so I got a message that are u interested in captcha filling job I said yes I sent all my documents with signature and passport size photo but later on the same day my friend called and said that it is fraud she have experience too about it so I immediately message them that I don’t want to work with u all and also requested them to delete my documents this incident was happen in December today I got the message that you have been failed to do the work plz pay the compensation amount 7000 I refuse to pay it but later on they filed a case against me and said now u have to pay 200000 within a month . I have very scared as I m just a student with a single parent .This is a complete scam.

Sir I am facing the same problem. Today I got the message ” please pay the compensation amount 8500″. And I pay that amount, Then again call me and asked to pay 20700. I have very sacred. Otherwise don’t pay the amount they told me they will filed a case against me.
My daughter applied for their typing job for writing captcha and they threatened her to give money. She got many calls and was threatened by saying that If u don’t pay this much amount case will be against you. In panic she gave 17, 150 rupees.After she paid this amount she got call for more money and then she told us about this we called to our known ones for taking advice, one of our known said that they have many fraud cases and done many frauds with children and other people. Their website worked for 2 days only and didn’t worked after that. They are totally faud. The name of lawyer was Nxxxxx Sxxxxx and company name is REMY enterprises
