Complaint regarding fake data entry job offer and money lost

Sir 4 months before I searched online data entry job I applied for nextprowfth company data entry job. One person call me (16.07.2024)  . He told pay 89 rupees I will send the project to you mam. I paid 89 after that I finished our project. Then I asked my salary, he told higher team contact you mam . Then other person called me he told we provide membership card you can pay 1300 rupees. I told  No sir I leave this job. He told if you leave this job means you can pay the penalty 20000 rupees. I told ok sir I can pay. He send the one QR code he told mam make 10 minutes to pay don’t delay. After that I will not get membership card and salary. I asked next day sir I can’t receive anything what happened sir . Higher team will contact you. Another contact me he told mam you pay the service charges after that you can receive the membership card and salary also. I paid service charges 1700 rupees. After I asked my salary he told you can pay another charge also it’s account verification charge it’s 2000 rupees. That charge also I paid. Then he told mam you can wait for 48 working days after that you can receive your salary it’s 16,000 + refund 5000 also mam. I cam wait for 48 days but still now I will not get any refund and salary also. I will mentioned that persons whatsapp contact numbers sir . Please help me sir because I am a college student in middle class family please help me sir that 5000 rupees is not my money sir I will arranged by my friends sir please help me for my refund amount 5000 rupees sir
