Complaint regarding fake project work from Flex core

Flex private limited made me work on the project and took 8000 in advance for account creation, now they are not replying and responding to thee calls. Value: 8000 rs. I have paid 8000 for account creation , after submitting the work and payment they are not responding and replying to the calls and mails

He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-. The product was not delivered even after two weeks and he neither got refund. He was given a wrong AWB bluedart tracking no.
