Complaint regarding fake sale by Instagram social media vendor

I ordered a shoe product from Instagram social media account. I paid 200 rs as advance later I paid 1200 upon delivery. The product I received was completely different from the images that were shown to me. The product does stand up to the value of the product I was promised. Please help me with this.
