Complaint regarding fake sale on Instagram channel

One guy on Instagram from UK texted me .I chatted with him. After somedays he said he is sending expensive gifts. i said ok. and gave me tracking ID.so after 1_2 days he said the parcel arrived at India airport and they need custom charges -22k.And said me to pay them after that I will get returned whole money.

Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
