Complaint regarding fake sales and demand for more money

Fake seller asking more money. Value: 120000. I had purchased shirts from a seller and he told it takes 6 to 7 days to get delivered I call him on the 7th day asking for my product and he asks me payment another 4.5 k to get the products released from customs.

Refund from MakeMyTrip.com: Mr. Volodymyr, Ukraine, Kiev (Email: oliynikaa(at)voliacable.com) had unsuccessful air ticket booking transaction (FLTINT100095741816) with MakeMyTrip but his credit card was debited for the same. Mr. Volodymyr submitted his complaint with ICF on 20.05.2010. ICF took up the matter with MakeMyTrip and the Mr. Volodymyr got his refund credited to his account on 26-05-2010.
