Complaint regarding fake sales by Shadesltd instagram ID

I My self got scammed into Rs 6798/-. I ordered 3 coordset from Shadesltd_ (instagram ID) on 8th Aug 2024. They have a big followers also so one celebrity is following them, so thought my money is in safe hands.  but Even after payment I wasn’t provided with any order id or tracking details but only a email I’d for further assistance i.e sxxxxxt@gmail. i have messages them lot many times but not getting any reply. Request you to pls take actions on Shadesltd_  they have received the amount on jaintex 1029@jio.

After searching on internet about them I got to know that there are many ladies like me they cheated to them also.  I don’t after so many complaints why this ID is still active in instagram  even it has blue tick.

pls help,  I want my money back.
