Firstly- for registration they have given me invoice of 3000 inclusive of GST but they charged me 3900 saying 900 is GST and we can’t activate your account. For activation of my ID, they took than 48 hrs which is promised for within 24hrs. Secondly, they promised to give reversal of credits if you don’t get tution but they are not giving that reversal too.
After taking money they put your call on hold and don’t pick up but the moment I call from another number, they pick it up in a second just to get registered as many customers as they could. I don’t know if their few enquiries are genuine or not but some don’t pick up their phone. And for these type of enquiries they promise to give contact reversal but I am afraid to tell you that they are not giving.
