Complaint regarding false deduction by Vodafone

I customer of vodafone prepaid has recharged my vodafone no(9696) on 24/12/2017 @ 18:51 pm with Rs. 458 where in Vodafone provides 70 days for 4G internet(1 GB daily) and free callings local+std.

Sir i am pretty much assured that i have not downloaded anything even then vodafone as deducted my 1 gb justfor browsing net for 30-40 minutes on 24/12/2017 & 25/12/2017.

Today on 25/12/2017 @ 14:01 pm When i called 198 and spoke to vodafone CCE and not satisfied with his reply then requested to interact with his team leader spoke to Floor supervisor Ms. Txxxx as well they were not taking the issue seriously. I do have the saved recording of the same conversation held with Vodafone ccare.

Kindly do the needful or give an email id where i can send the saved conversation which is of 2.47 mbs in volume.
