Complaint regarding faulty mobile from Flipkart

Flipkart didn’t replace my mobile. I received my mobile Sony Xperia E1 on 14 Dec from flipkart. After a few days it hanging and lagging. I request to replace my mobile they sent technician two times and technician said I will approve your request.next day my request is rejected by the flipkart. Flipkart didn’t fulfill his promise please help me
