Complaint regarding faulty washing machine from United Electricals

I bought 1 washing machine from United Electricals on 9th March 2020. After unpacking I found that the product was faulty and complained to the seller immediately. He kept on saying that he will replace in few days but he didn’t replace even after 2 months now. And now he has blocked my number and is not responding to texts/ calls. I am attaching the bill which states 1 year warranty of the product.

Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company.
