Flight ticket not refund. Value: Flipkart travel flights

I booked the tickets for round flight from amritsar to penang Malaysia on 9 October 2024 the amount got deduct from account but tickets are not booked, the told me it will be refunded but everytime I contact they ask me to wait for 72 hours and same excuse, It’s been days i wanted to book new tickets as soon as possible but they keep delaying my refund
