Complaint regarding FireBolt Beast Watch from Tata Cliq App

From Tata Cliq app, I bought Fire Bolt beast smart watch. While buying the watch, in description it was mention that this watch has Blood Pressure measure feature, but when I received the watch the feature was missing. I want to return the watch, but Tata cliq is not accepting the watch and is asking to speak to FireBolt customer care and take DOA from them. After submiting DOA they will take watch return. Now Brand is not giving the DOS
