Complaint regarding Fireboltt smartwatch battery issue

Fireboltt smartwatch battery issue and no proper response from their side
I received the watch on 3rd June which I purchase from fireboltt official site and after charging 3hours its charge 23% and then suddenly drain to 16% and then 10 and power off, I raised the complaint on 4th June but no proper response get, even called to customer care multiple times they told to wait 48 hours every time. no proper response till today also sent them videos and called multiple times
