I am from Kolkata West Bengal have been placed an order in the online shopping Platform flipkart but received defective product and I raised the return request on 3rd may’22 and to be continue on 4th May’22 it’s approved after discuss over the call of flipkart executive and it was supposed to return on 5th May’22 but till not getting proper response as they are always not complete the word and cut the call.
on 12th one of flipkart executive advise to cancel the request and after that he can raised the fresh refund request but he can’t , now they are clamming not to return or replace the gods. All supporting documents will attach for your reference. request to reslove the issue as soon as possible.
