I applied for Home based work project on quicker jobs and got call and then whatsapp communication from company called Vision Infotech (Gujrat based company) about the process of registering and starting work from home. Company staff was insisting me to start working as early as possible.
As per their guidance I registered and uploaded my Driving licence and photo on their given website
Now I started working from 15th February, 2021 and on 18th February,2021 my login didn’t work bcoz of multiple login. I reported this issue to the company staff over whatsapp through which I started working.
Now in evening I started getting call from a lady claiming leagal advisor (+91 97xxxxxxx1) of Vision Infotech and threatened me pay for the server damage bcoz of multiple login and I started to negotiate bcoz I wanted to work and earn.
She asked me to decide to work or quit from the project by paying the amount of 11500/-+ or 15000/- + respectively. As I wanted to work and earn I decided to pay and continue to do project, so paid but partial amount of 5000/- and rest on 19th February,2021.
Now I started searching for the scam in the name of Vision Infotech and found this and many others are involved in cheating innocent people and running scam. I am still communicating and trying to just leave as it’s and will not pay anymore.
So, finally reporting this incident into consumer forum to take hard action on this Vision Infotech and save and people like me. Please advise if any other action is required from my side.
