Complaint Regarding Fraud EMI with snap mint

Fraud order placed and 3 EMI deducted – product not received – refund also not received – no solution from Snapmint. I have ordered on Flipkart through Snap mint EMI service the product is a MIVI roam 2 bluetooth speaker.
Details of my order and EMI status.

My order was placed in July and from then onwards there was no delivery details I received by snapmint and Flipkart, I connected to both the customer care and was informed by Snapmint that the order has been placed and Flipkart customer service is responsible for all the details then after.
I called flipkart customer service and asked them about the order they said that the voucher code which snapmint has shared with us is used by some other account,  Flipkart customer care has mailed us on the issue that the order does not belong to me .
But snapmint is not giving my refund, they took my down payment and EMI and still I didn’t received the product nor my refund.
