I started to work a company named Data Entry Solution Pvt. Ltd in which my work was to fill 700 form in 6 days which was a part time work and I had to do this from my home and they keep the site open for 24hrs and if not completed they would provide me an extension of 3 days for which I had to pay a refundable penalty of 4000, this is what they have mentioned in the agreement that I’ve signed, for which they had certain rules which said you cannot switch devices for to work.
you always have to log out whenever you take a break and you don’t have to save a form you only have to submit. I saved a form mistakenly for which I contacted the team member that by mistake I’ve saved a form, she said that do not save a form take care from the next time but saved forms will be counted.
I was unfortunately unable to complete the work within 6days so I paid the amount of 4000 and got an extented period of 3days to finish it up, but suddenly on the second day they stopped my work on 623rd form in the evening at 6:30pm, I tried contacting one of them, they told that the department is closed so she can only look into this matter in the morning 10 am. I called in the morning to the technical team and they gave me reasons that why the work stopped, so the reasons were that I might have used different devices to work, which I didn’t, 2nd I didn’t log out whenever I’ve taken any breaks which I always did and 3rd which was completely uninformed that whenever you have saved a form you never logged out because as soon as you save a form you have to imediately log out and log in back which they informed even when I asked her about what to do when I did saved a form mistakenly.
Now they are saying that we have reactivate you Id in which your work will start from the form you left and for that you have to pay refundable amount of 8000 which they have nowhere mentioned in the contract and when I’m asking them to send all of this said in written she is denying, also has sent me a threat of police reaching my residence in 24hrs to put me in jail and to pay a penalty of 25000. She has also sent me a message on whatsapp regarding a case that has been filed on me. i have proof, screenshots of each and everything, I just want you to contact me as soon as you can as I am stucked in a trap and I need help.
