Instagram online shopping fraud. Value: 499

Hello sir I ordered a 16 piece of undergarments i pay for this parcel of Rs. 499/- but i received a wrong parcel they give me a used bra with a cardboard covered. They fraud with me. Please tell me how to return this parcel. I want my money back.
