We have already reported this incident on cybercrime web portal. We are trying to report to you in Gujrat as the person/business told us they are based of Gujrat.

Transaction Purpose: Purchase of Two Sets of Clothing
On the mentioned date, I engaged in a transaction with the Instagram account Shadesltd for the purchase of two sets of clothing. Despite the completion of the financial transaction amounting to INR 8179, I have neither received the purchased items nor obtained any communication from the vendor. This lack of response, coupled with the growing number of similar complaints reported by other victims on various online forums, strongly suggests fraudulent activity.
All transaction details, including the Instagram ID, email ID, name, date of transaction, amount, and UPI ID, have been documented for reference. Efforts have been made to establish communication with Pxxxxk Sxxxxxxi through the provided email address but there has been no response. Multiple victims have reported similar incidents on online forums, further confirming the suspicious nature of Shadesltd_’s activities.
I kindly request the Cyber Crime Division to initiate a thorough investigation into this matter, utilizing the provided transaction details and any other relevant information. It is recommended to collaborate with the payment service provider associated with the UPI ID to trace and apprehend the perpetrator.
The Instagram account Shadesltd_ should be scrutinized for any additional evidence related to fraudulent activities, and appropriate action should be taken to prevent further victimization.
