Complaint regarding fraud sales over Instagram

I have ordered a dress material from stylishfashion_for_u page on Instagram. On confirming the availability payment was made directly to the bank account number provided by the page user on 10th March 2018. I was told that the product is despatched on the same day thru DTDC courier. But so far I haven’t received the product and no one on the page is responding. calls to the number on the page is getting forwarded and no response on wats app too. 09xxxxxxx5 this is the number on the page. Now I am being blocked by the page user..if you have despatched the product why to block or why can’t I give courier tracking details. I need refund of my money.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
