Complaint regarding fraudulent transaction on Instagram

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction that occurred on Instagram. On 24 JUNE 2023, I made a payment of 1500 Rupees to an individual on Instagram with the username [@poeticsbook]. The purpose of the payment was to purchase an Instagram page with the handle @poeticsbook. However, after receiving the payment, the individual stopped responding and failed to deliver the promised Instagram page & inturn DELETED HIS ACCOUNT. His UPI ID to which I sent payment was sxxxxxr@paytm

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience. I trusted the seller based on their online presence and their representation of the Instagram page for sale. However, their lack of communication and failure to fulfill the agreed-upon transaction has left me at a loss. It is evident that this individual has engaged in fraudulent activities, deceiving me and misusing my hard-earned money.

I request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter. I kindly ask for your intervention to track down the individual and take appropriate actions against them for their fraudulent behavior.

I have attached relevant evidence of our conversations and payment transaction as proof of the fraudulent activity. I hope that you will thoroughly investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that justice is served.
