Not sure this is good platform to raise concern or not as I have been struggling to get my money back.
Actually I bought the Big Bazar Profit club card on 09-Aug 2019 from GIP Mall at Noida Location. Due to personal reason and COVID-19 period I was not able to use it.
On 29th Dec’20, when I went to Big Bazar at Aditya MALL at Ghaziabad for purchasing then I got to know that some one else had already used my card and did the transaction of Rs 12000/- at Pune location in month of September’20 that was Shocking to me. How’s could this possible as I have been carrying card and my mobile number but fraud already done by some one and helpless. Then I had done some analysis with the help of Big Bazar customer care team, then got to know some one first change the number and use future pay application to do the transaction in Big Bazar.
Not sure how this could be possible to change the Phone number with out coming in my notice. — Big Concern
Later, I went the Big bazar GIP Mall, Noida from where I bought this card to raise also raised concern in Big Bazar customer care.
Almost a month of follow-up i was no clue what investigation or progress of my concern.
