I have placed multiple orders with Khursheed Exports Moradabad. First order for 5 tables was placed on 09-07-2021 cost 15650+tax+shipping each table. All tables were very poor in quality and got rejected by customers. I could hardly manage with this batch of order and had to bear major loss of approx 45000/-
Second order for two stainless steel partition ,
Order date 14-07-2021 for Partition One. Advance paid 40000/-
For second stainless steel partition order was placed on 03-08-2021., Advancepaid 25000/-
Mrs Shamsher could not complete it on time which affected me badly in terms of physical health as well as mental. I had to go through bad Harassment from both the sides while coordinating between manufacturer and client. After 4 month it got dispatched but due to worse quality and cheap work rejected by client. 65000 advance + shipping was born by me which I consider as my loss. Owner promised that he will recover all my loss but now he refused to talk and do work. I am attaching all relevant proofs here for reference. Order of three console tables I had with him, One rejected by client, Cost 14900+Shipping. Stone top for two console tables reached damaged. Cost 5000 paid to customer to replace the same. Second stone was not sent by him so refunded 3000 to customer as damage charges.
