Complaint regarding Gionee A1 heating up

I purchased Gionee A1 just one month ago. Paid RS. 20000/- After few days phone stopped charging. I went to service center in Borivali west. They said that is cable is faulty. I was shocked that in just few days this happened. Never mind they replaced it. I then told them that phone heats up badly while charging. It also heats up while using internet for more than 15 mins, using camera, watching videos online, playing games, talking on the phone for more than 10 mins. Technician at the service center said this issue should not happen and if we do software reflash then issue will get resolved. But I need to take back up of my data. I said I Will come in few days after I back up data. I also called Gionee customer service from there who asked me? to follow service center instructions. I went to service center after few days after backing up data. They did software reflash. Post that again same issue. I charged phone there for 5 minutes and it became super hot. Technician now says it’s phone behavior. I said you are now differing from what you said first time. No joy. I said you assured me that issue will be resolved post software reflash. But they said it’s phone behavior. I asked what about phone heating while doing other activities. He said I need to leave the phone at service center for one day for observation. I left from there. I can’t do this as I can’t stay without a phone. I don’t have a spare phone. I wrote an email to gcare@gionee.co.in about my complaint. They are unhelpful as they are asking me to go to service center. They are saying that there is nothing wrong with phone heating up. I have used smart phones in the past they never used to heat up. Why should I use something that’s hot. Please help me. I don’t want this product. I need my money back.
