Complaint regarding Gionee P5L service

I had bought mobile of Gionee Company-Brand(P5L) seven days before dated 10/10/2017. Company is providing 28 days manufacturing gauranty. I am facing problems from this mobile from the day when I bought it. That’s why I go to service center og Gionee,Akshat Worldlink-Moradabad where they quarrelled with me & denied to give me D.O.A.Mobile is hanging from the first day without downloading any app in it. During Charging & operating the mobile, it becomes so hot that it can burst. If due to this any incident occur in future then who will be responsible for it.I had buyed it from shop New Sai Communication where the Gionee employ of the shop admitted that it have manufacturing defects such as overheating,handing & charging. They also change its battery but its still overheating & they tell problem to their Boss.But against this Akshat Worldlink(Service Center) refused to give me D.O.A.Hoping for a positive response from your side. Kindly sort out the problem as soon as possible.Thanks
