I have purchased gionee s7 mobile phone on june 22, 2016. After few days i started facing
many problems regarding my phone i visit gionee care many times but every time they make an excuse of software update but after few days i face the same problems again. I have visited 7 times in 11 months. Recently i visit the gionee service center rajat path, mansarovar jaipur regarding to the issue not charging properly and hanging problem. They take 1 day time and told me that the motherboard is damaged and it was changed and assure me that this problem will not come back again. But on the next day i face the same problems again and charger is not connecting. I replace my charging cable purchase from gionee service center…but problem remains same As my warranty is expiring on june 22, 2017 and they are passing time from last 11 months regarding same problems. I am facing big problems regarding to my phone and not getting proper satisfaction from gionee service center. Please take some action against my request.
