Complaint regarding Gionee Service and no resolution

I’m writing this regarding my pathetic experience with the customer support. I have submitted my phone for repair last month on 7th Jan 2019, and it’s been a month I haven’t received any response. Everytime I call the customer support, I’m advised to wait for 10 more days. Now after waiting for a month, I am writing this in hope for some solution.

Complaint against Make My Trip for refund delayed for more than six months – Rs.9,993/-: Claudia Jones of Goa (happyecoclaudia(at)yahoo.co.uk) had to cancel a flight to Thailand on 30-04-2009 that was booked through Make My Trip. She was assured that she would receive a full refund. She did not get the refund even after six(6) months.
