Complaint regarding gomechanic service issues

Car service complaint. Value: 10586

VW polo given on service. complaint attended by gomechanic service personals. cost a good amount of money (19K) but problem persist. . again when giving for service and telling the issue they ask for even more money (55K) to resolve the issue. lost my money need refund or free serivce from gomechanic.
