We the undersigned wish to lodge a complaint against the Choudhary Machine Tools store situated at Dadar West, Mumbai. We bought a Step Drill(4-32 MM) of CHETAKECO on 04th Aug 2022 for an amount of Rs. 550.00 and they have not even issued a bill against the same.
Since it was to be delivered to Kapurthala Rail Coach Factory on an urgent basis & when we got to know that the same can’t be delivered in a day or two we managed to source it locally. We finally decided to return it the same evening, but the owner refused to take it and refund the money.
We have suggested keeping the money with them, which can be adjusted later against any other purchase as we buy at regular intervals from them. They refused our proposal so then we left the Step Drill at the shop & left.
We are attaching herewith the visiting card of the store, the tool picture, and the kaccha bill for your reference.
Request you to consider our request and do the needful at the earliest.
