Complaint regarding Green Algae in AquaGuard water filter

This is a serious issue in Aqua Guard Water Filter Model – “Premier RO UV TA AC”  leading to sickness of my family members. I had purchased this machine on 2 Feb 2023 from Ravet, Pune, Bill is attached. As 1 year was complete and Red Light was glowing, I had booked a service request. Mr PP attended the complaint. On opening the top lid of the Aquaguard system, Green Algae slim was found in the Clean Tank. Refer to attached photo. This is a serious issue and I am going ahead to a lodge complaint regarding the defective equipment to the authorities in the Consumer Court. The Service person has charged me the following :

1 Year AMC Inr 6100 online payment – No receipt is available

2) Visit Charges Inr 580 – Cash was paid to him without giving any receipt.

3) Cartidge Filter – Inr 200 – Cash was paid to him without giving any receipt.

I need a medical compensation, reimbursement of the amount spent on AMC for a defective machine as well as replacement of the unit with a new one with proper filtering arrangement.
