We have Hathway Broadband internet connection which we are facing frequently disconnection. When we try to call support number 04066989898 and we input our account information on call and selected service, it holds for some time and auto message says “we are in maintainance at your area and may take 6 hours to complete” this msg we are hearing since 1&1/2 month whenever we call to support number. Even we tried to raise a complaint on hathway android phone app. It will never work properly to raise a complaint and if sometimes it work and generate complaints number then next day there will be auto sms will come that compliant has been resolved where there is no one call us from support. We even email them on support[@]hathway.com but no response.
We have fedup with them but cannot disconnect immediately as we have subscribed for 6 months. Please show us some resolution to solve this issue.

I am from Hyderabad. day before yesterday i was installed your Broad brand connection.but they are Not Activating till now.
I am several times to followup the Hyderabad excuetives but they did not care about on it
Without Net connection how can i doing my work and job.
otherwise iam going to take a action on your company.
This is very unprofessional way your doing. i was tried to so many times to asked them.
