Complaint regarding Hitachi AC and service

AC purchased 8 months old but already coil is damaged and gas leak problem. The service field engineer suggested to get it replaced as still in warranty after checking during home visit. But the customer support incharge informed him to make temporary fix so that it can be started again. Now the service support is denying the replacement procedure and the promised new coil is still pending.
