Complaint regarding Hitachi AC service

Registered a complaint for ac not working, attended on time , however parts need to come from Ahmedabad. Why should it take a week? and why does Hitachi maintain a small inventory in the city for spare parts baffles me. Don’t they trust their service mechanics? Technicians/mechanic are very indifferent and could not care less ,blame it on the company for not providing them spare parts
