I make a request for AC not working to Hitachi APP on April 15, 2018. A technician visit after two days and said? some small motor was not working and i will bring tomorrow and replace it. Till? that day i had make no. of calls to hitachi customer care, service center and even? to the technician visited there but they always say it will be done in another two? days. After three weeks I complain to the management and they assure that our service team will contact and make? a solution for the problem. But there after also I send the email to the management? three times to solve the problem . But they done nothing. Its already 40 days had gone but they nothing. Today also I am not sure whether when they will attend the? complaint. Kindly anybody help me out from this problem.
