I had bought the hitachi AC around 3 months before and it is not working since then. I raised the complaint and on multiple followup the technician visited us and assured the replace of AC with in 7-8 days. I had esclated the issue to the top management as well but no action taken yet. The entire summer has gone and we have been using the defected AC. Everytime customer care give a new complaint number and close the breakrequest without contacting the consumer.
